1st i would see how extensive it is to have them removed as they may become in issue in later years. 2nd not sure on the bath being 5 weeks old and all. hopefully someone will chime in who has experience with younger babies. cannot really see the brush to clearly but you can get the maiden pin brush...

3rd when she can properly chew the dry food. part of the reason to keep a baby with the momma till 12 weeks.
