Poor baby. If she inhaled water, it would have passed by now. She may have inhaled something outside (possibly even a blade of grass, which happens) or it was the Carpet Fresh. Any chance it didn't all get into the garbage can? Dumping a vacuum canister into the can, a lot of dust is going to go into the air no matter what. I always clean out my shop vacs outside for this reason.
Check her mouth and nasal passages (the part that is visible). Encourage her to drink water.
