Aww poor girl. Ya that sounds great, especially if she loves playing with them- that will be an added bonus for her. It may help boost up her confidence. Maybe at some point they can walk her around the yard on her leash.. Taking little steps may get her to the point of walking around the block with them.
I’m really not sure on what else you can do… Other than more exercise and correcting her when she licks too much. Thankfully Peanut doesn't lick himself, he just licks the bed sheet or my arm!
