How old is she? I would use the bitter apple stuff. I have that and it does work. May I ask how she is able to dig a whole in the wall? I know its dry wall, but does it have plaster on top off it besides just paint? I know Cordelia gets in her digging mode, but she usually does it on her bed. I don't know if you would be willing to try this, but they do have stuff for cats that is sticky like tape. I know cats don't like sticky stuff on their paws. I really don't see why this would be different with dogs. Here is what we use on our furniture. You may need to check and see if it is safe to put on walls.
