I would take a lot of treats with you t where your bathing him and break them up into small pieces and give him a piece pretty close together and eventually you can space it out and maybe just get to using one and giving it at the end of the bath. I sang to my yorkie and when bathing my moms yorkie (a rescue) and just made up silly songs and did it in a very happy voice and they both are great with baths now. Also talking to them and telling them how great they are is a good thing.
