Great idea! I didn't think of a tarp!! Fancy doesn't count when your 7.4 lbs and don't like to get your light coat wet. Tarps now come in some great colors so this will work well. I will seriously look into this... thanks! I find with Bailey's fine hair, he gets cold quickly and transversely, also gets hot quickly. Having said that, I do put a coat on the poor dear when its chilly/rainy out He doesn't really like the feel of the coat but I'm sure he likes the fact that it keeps him dryer than w/out. Thanks all.
