I am glad the whelping went well. If mom has plenty of milk there should be no need to bottle feed the pups. Make sure you get mom to eat lots of food so she can produce a lot of milk. She will need to be fed around 4 times a day. Her last feeding is very important and it should be right before you go to bed.
About the placentas, it is very common for two placentas to come out with a pup if the placentas did not come with the previous pup. You don't push it back in, you need to get it out and dispose of it. I try not to let my moms eat to many placentas because it can cause them to get diarrhea. If your mom ate all four then expect her to have some very black icky poop for awhile.
