I waited and it felt like a fourth was still in her. Yep!

The last boy scared me because the placenta from number 3 was still in and coming with him ALONG with his placenta. Looked like a bad hemorrhoid

I had to push one back in and luckily it was his. #3's placenta and the last boy came together. Once she cleaned him enough she pulled out his placenta. Everything in her lady parts are soft and squishy now. Just in case, I'm still taking them in in a few hours to get the clean bill of health.
