I definitely think 9 weeks is too young to feed raw. Also, since you still have this option, I would like to strongly recommend waiting to pick up your puppy until it is 12 weeks old. This last few weeks are so important to their development and social skills. Also, the younger they are, the more at REAL RISK they are to get hypoglycemia. They can get it at 12 weeks, too, but I would sure give a heaf start at fighting it by keeping the pup with the mama for as long as possible.

I can see why you are so anxious to get him home soon, though. He is just too adorable. Congrats!!!
I'll talk to the breeder about waiting an extra 2 weeks..I mean, he can't sell him to anyone because I put the deposit on him, right? I got Zoey when she was 8 weeks old, and nothing happened to her, but that was 5yrs ago, and I didn't know any better. Now I do. Thanks!
