Aw, Penny is just adorable
!! Love her inquisitive ears. They usually slow down their growth cycle around 6-8 mths, unless they are tinies to begin with...then sometimes their growth spurts don't end til around 10mths or so. Their fur really does go thru so many transitions and each dog is kind of unique, so it's really hard to say when Penny's fur will settle. A breeder may have a better answer for the coat question...
