After looking online, I think they actually might be a little more expensive than I had originally thought. Sorry. Not sure what your budget looks like.

I'm actually thinking about replacing mine with a fabric awning. Mine's metal, maybe aluminim? And I swear the aluminum absorbs so much heat & makes that side of the house a lot hotter in the summer. It'd be great if I could install solar panels in it. I don't think that's in my budget though.
Thanks so much for the update. As I rent a townhouse, not sure if they'd ok something attached to their wall I'll keep looking... thanks again!
