Taking her back to the same place, and taking her from me, was traumatic in itself for her, she states. She is still on the Viagra, although our Vet says it is unnecessary. I am starting her on goats milk per our Vet, as her appetite still is terrible.

I'm not sure why your vet would say that. Sildenafil (Viagra) is the frontline treatment for pulmonary hypertension. It works by dilating the pulmonary arteries to allow a more normal flow of blood to the lungs to be oxygenated. Untreated, severe pulmonary hypertension is incompatible with life. Even milder cases of pulmonary hypertension will eventually cause right sided heart failure if left untreated.
