It also went through my head that he might be lost. However, the shelter has the word out that they have him and no one has claimed him. I'm not sure how long he's been with the shelter, but they've had him long enough to neuter him and update his shots. Like you, I hope that if there is an owner they will claim him. If not, this baby needs a good home.
