The yellow bile that he threw up could be from his stomach being empty since he didn't eat anything all day (except the grass). Is this the first time he has refused food or does he do this regularly?
The Nutri Plus has to be followed up with at least a little food/protein or it is ineffective preventing hypoglycemia.
If he shows signs of dehydration and lethargy, see a vet right away.
