Imo, any "breeder" who throws the term "teacup" around is not to be trusted, especially if the only garantee they offer is the tiny size of the dog and the photos of their pups always involve a prop to demonstrate the tiny size of the pup..like a soda can or a packet of cigarettes etc
Most of these greeders will sell their pups as young as 4 weeks old and tell the buyer that the puppy is older, they do this to make the buyer think the dog is super tiny and not just small because it's way too yong to away from its mother.
I think its amusing that the breeder you mention is selling her pups and telling her possible buyers that all yorkies in Korea are tiny...she is literally implying that you are stupid and that you'll buy what she says without doing research, which is why you always have to do the oposite.Question everything and if something seems too good to be true, it's probably because it is.This is a touchy subject for me because I have be scammed by a breeder and I was so angry at myself for not being more patient and doing my research instead of falling for the first cute puppy I saw

There are alot of crooks around, you really do have to be so careful.
