Yes, there is a very big lump. It is just below his eye and his skin is pink and looks irritated. Fortunately, he does not seem to be bothered by it. Every now and then, he stops playing and rubs his face on the floor. Otherwise, he's fine. I will try the warm compress. Maybe that will bring some of it out. Thanks for the thoughts.
