Not sue about the eye issue sorry but the bile is usually something they do when they have an empty stomach. It is something that usefully happened in the am due to the long time without any substance in their belly and is quit normal.
The diarrhea can be caused by one or more of the veg's or fruits that you are giving her. You may want to give her one at a time with a 4-5 day span in between each one to see if that one is the cause of her diarrhea issues.
