I am a certified food service manager. Can you say anal when
it comes to food because that's me. I have been through so
many food illness related courses in my time that I couldn't
bring myself to offer that sort of diet in my house with out
driving myself crazy with the bleach bucket.I can only cringe
to imagine where traces of that raw chicken may end up.
Eww...the thought just sort of grosses me out.
