That description perfectly describes westside Los Angeles. E.g., Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, Malibu, etc. Summer days in the mid 70s for the most part, winter days in the 60s, and cool nights all year. I remember the first day I lived out there everyone was complaining about how hot it was (at 85 degrees lol). I think the only other places in the world with that climate are all on the French Mediterranean.
