I agree with Buster Brown. Has your new puppy been closely checked out by a vet? Fecal exam included? He is very young and it is very possible that he may have brought an organism into your home. Sometimes pups don't show symptoms right away but something new introduced into Minnie's environment could effect her badly.

It sounds like poor Minnie is quite ill. Small dogs can't afford to lose much body fluid. If she is not eating and drinking she should get to a vet to be re-hydrated right away.

If Minnie is feeling insecure about the new pup it might be best to separate them as much as possible. She should not have to worry about a puppy pouncing her at any given moment.

She is super stressed right now with the new arrival and being so sick. She needs some serious TLC.
