I just got home from the Vet she is healthy and happy and has the best temperament however she is so tiny. Is this a normal size for a yorkie puppy at 4 mo of age?
Any advice would be great, Thanks! |
I'm glad I found this! I am in the same situation as you! When I first got my King at 2 months he weighed 1pound 6ounces. At 3 months he weighed 2.0 pounds, so after that visit I assumed he would be growing at a pretty good rate. also at that visit the doctor pointed out to me that he looked short. I told her that I had felt the same way, and I had, i kept looking at videos and comparing his size from that moment to what he looked like in the videos of when I first got him, and there was much of a difference :/ so his last vet visit was not long ago close to his 4months and he only gained 1 pound since the last visit, weighing 2.1. I noticed him grown in length in the 3rd month but that's about itits changing. He's little but has learned to jump on my couch! He acts like this big dog but he's just to little for that. Vet says he looks helthy but I just feel like something wrong??
