You have very good reason to be suspicious. Even if you receive a pup, I would very surprised if the pup looked anything like the one in the picture you have picked. That is the first thing these brokers often do: lure people with adorable (photoshopped) pictures that have been copied and re-used for years by various sites.
If you are lucky enough to receive a pup and it is the one in the picture you chose, my next concern would be health. I would be very nervous not knowing the breeding practices of the actual breeder (i.e genetic testing), not knowing anything about the pup's parents.
Personally, there are so many red flags, I would ask for the deposit to be returned and I would look for a good breeder.
