I have never heard of her, but I looked at the website. The pictures are photoshopped to make the dogs' and puppies' eyes look really big. That is a huge red flag.
Secondly, words like teacup are marketing buzzwords. There is no such thing as a teacup Yorkie.
One pup is listed as 9 ounces at 5 months old. That would be one of the world's smallest dogs.
I believe trying to obtain a pup through this website will only lead to a loss of money or heartbreak.
Where is the health guarantee she mentions on the first page? The only thing under the "guarantee" section in the menu is that she doesn't cover hypoglycemia.
