I'm not so sure I would PM my phone number to someone who hasn't contacted me through email or PM first. I personally don't like giving out my phone number to craigslist contacts unless we are going to meet - seems like the rest can be done via email or the person can give
her his/her number.
They have the ability to get ahold of her here - everyone has told him/her how and they could reply again to this thread and pm - so I would wait at this point - for this person to contact her now that she's told them where the puppy was found...
