The day before yesterday Cruz ate a grape off of the kitchen floor. The grape was a tiny mini one about the size of a pencil eraser. He is 4 pounds.

That was about 10pm. The next day he vomited 3 times and once more the next morning. He also had a little diarrhea. We gave him plain chicken and lots of water. He started being more active. Now he is good as far as normal activity and he does have an appetite but we have had to force him to drink water with a dropper and he has yet to pee since it happened. Should I keep giving him the chicken and water? What to do? Is this emergency room worthy? He hasn't vomited since this morning.
