I never saw an answer to my question so wanted to ask again. I think a lot of rules are interpretted by their obvious intent..as they should be. So what is the intent of the rule? 4 pics or 4 projects?
Not trying to be difficult, Ann. I don't think ppl should go around trying to break or bend rules. This forum is too fair of a place for that silliness. But the rule here is confusing as to strict "by the words" enforcement verses unbiased interpretation of intent. |
