Hi and welcome to YT. Congrats on your Yorkie.

Wow! Your little guy has had a very unstable life so far, huh? Please take that into account and have patience, ok? You took him on so he's your responsibilty to love and teach.

You can do this. We will never know if he was really trained or not. All you can do is start from square one. Get a book on house training or potty training. Many feel the crate method is best.

Research and patience. He will probably regress sometimes..they do that. Expect it so you don't get upset when it happens.

Remember that he has had his world turned upside down many times. My guess is that he is trained and is just adjusting and unsure. Even if that is true, you still need to take control and start from square one.
