You should be able to call your vet and ask about what to give and how much. Are you planning on having her spayed? If it's just her heat, then you really shouldn't need to give her anything, let nature take it's course. If she's acting really off, then take her into the vet because if something is wrong, you can make sure she's spayed and won't suffer every time she goes into heat.
