I think I will hold off on the memory foam until he is out of the puppy chewing stage. I wanted to make a bed to fit his small crate. I can't have him on the bed with me, so he will be sleeping in the crate next to my bed. I will just put a fleece blanket in there for now, but won't he chew that too? I sure hope not.
