I bet you will really enjoy it. A few other benefits, I think they look so cute and clean with this cut, and as soft as velvet. It makes them look smaller, which also to me makes them look more like a baby, and with fewer straggley, tangled hairs.

I go extra short on the shaved parts, with an Oster #10 blade, after finding the #7F to leave them a little choppy. Others may vary.
