Best wishes for your little one.
We definitely are. She's sleeping a lot and we're allowing her to sleep as much as she wants. We never wake her up or disturb her sleep. She is very alert and starting to play when she's awake, though!

I took two stool samples (one from this morning, and one from yesterday) to the vet this morning (left her with my husband, not alone!). I specifically asked that they test for coccidia in addition to their normal tests. The receptionist said she thinks that they already test for it. They'll call me back today with her results.
Her stool this morning looked pretty normal. A teeny bit of mucus, and a bit soft, but not diarrhea like. And she was SUPER playful when she woke this morning.

Thank you all for your advice and hand holding! I know we're not out of the woods yet, but I do feel a bit better than I did last night. Thanks so much!
