I was thinking of this too. Have a stool sample checked for coccidia and other parasites. One of my pups had jelly like poo with blood spots, and turned out to be coccidia. Many pups are exposed to it by their mothers, and the stress of moving to a new home can cause it to flair up. It is treatable, but you really do need to see a vet since she is so young.
