He is very cute, I hope you keep looking for an owner, you never know what may have happened. My friend lost a dog and a neighbor down the road found it and kept it for a week without realizing it had an owner. The dog looked horrible when it was found just from not eating and running through thicket bushes for just two days. Small dogs can get dehydrated and loose weight very quickly. When the owner had a week of no rest and stress while the person that found it fell in love with the dog. In the end the owner got the dog back but it was hard on both parties.
