I really do believe he belongs to and is being missed by someone. I would certainly put an ad in the local papers in the area...go to every vet and groomers office with a flier, pet supply stores, shelters, humane society, police departments even schools. Any way you can get the information out there. Good luck and thanks again for being his angel on earth.
