Default Emergency vet now or wait until tomorrow?

I have a four week yorkie pup that I got a couple days ago. She weighs 1 pound 10 ounces.

(Info on why I have such a young pup in my previous thread, if you haven't read it http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...poor-baby.html --and based on what I've read on development, I think she's 4 weeks, not 3)

She's been doing very well today and has been eating great, sleeping well, and playing. She's eating Royal Canin mousse mixed with goat's milk and the food she was eating before I got her (pedigree puppy soft food) and supplementing with nutrical.
She had a normal stool earlier today. She hadn't pooped for a while, even after eating more, so I tried to stimulate her to poop by rubbing her with a warm cotton ball. She finally did. It was pretty normal at first-a little soft, then she started straining really hard and a clear jelly like thing came out (about an inch long) dotted with a couple pink spots.

Other than that, she seems completely fine.

I was planning on taking a stool sample to the vet tomorrow already, but after I saw her jelly stool, I was wondering if this is a cause for concern and if she needs to go to the emergency vet or if it's just new home jitters.

TIA
