It can simply be that his bum area got shaved & he has no hair there, it could be a little irritated or itchy from the shave. Did he have his anal glands expressed? If he had a dirty bottom, does that mean he has soft poopies? Then that's the problem, soft poopies do not help express anal glands. Either it wasn't expressed all the way or it caused a little irritation. You can always take him to the vet to check what's happening back there, they can express it internally if needed.
