One technique I learned was to back your pooch up against a wall. Put the treat close to the nose and gradually move it towards the floor, giving the command.
You can also make a small arch with your knees, put the treat on one side and give the command as the pooch creeps under your legs.
Your pooch is very young for learning commands. Be patient.
