I am having the same problem now . . . when I first got him both were down. Then eventually they both are up. These past 2 weeks though I noticed one ear flipping out . . what's up with that? I'd hate to tape the ears but he's looks a bit silly with his ear folded backwards . . .

Of course, I still love my baby no matter what!
