He is adorable with his new cut but I, too, would have cried. I have never had a bit of trouble with petsmart,; they have always done just as I asked, but I stand at the window and watch like a hawk and they know it because Huey watches me right back the whole time.
Huey used to have his whiskers cut...I believe it started at Petsmart... and I know it doesn't hurt them like it does cats, but recently read a thread where it is better not to, so his aren't trimmed short anymore, but yesterday when I trimmed his mustache, I cut a bit off his whiskers and he gave me the evil eye.
