He will sometimes get up and go check on his daddy but he sticks next to me. If I am NOT home he is all over his daddy. It's funny; they stay next to whoever is there but I still think they have their favorite. I know being left alone is very low on his list of preferences. He really, really likes having his humans present.
My wife is convinced I'm the favourite, I'm not so sure? We both love playing with her, and engage this joint activity a lot as we are both retired and have the time to spoil her. She gets very excited about these family romps (as we do). I honestly believe she loves both her humans equally, perhaps I'm seen as the leader? She will get highly excited, when mum's back tomorrow, as she really doesn't like the family unit to be depleted at all. Also the spasmodic check on the other 'humans' presence when out of site is so typical of Crystal. I suppose tracing back their backround as vermin controllers travelling fom place to place with their owners, perhaps explains the particular close affinity they possess for us and the other way round too?
