Depends what you are feeding them, kibble fed will drink more often than raw fed or home cooked.

You may want to sit and feed her a few kibble at a time to make sure she is eating, or cook up some chicken or turkey as they are an easy protein to digest and much tastier to the dog than kibble. I would also use the plain stock you cooked the meat in instead of water. get some pedialyte from the chemist and nutrical on hand as you don't want the dog to go hypoglycemic if they are not eating.
