So I've had Rasta for almost a month now and he is absolutely perfect! A little bit of a spoiled brat and protective of me but that just adds to his awesomeness
. My question is: For those who have more than one yorkie and you got them at different times how long did you wait? I'm definitely trying to wait until after the major holidays, but I dont know if that would be "too soon". We waited over a year to get Rasta when we had Roxie and I think this helped with the "pack dynamics" since Roxie knows she's number 1 and there's no agression/dominance issues so far. I've spoken with Rasta's breeder and she may have a litter in the spring. She's going to keep me updated since she knows I'd want a female this time(it may turn out differently again though lol) and I'd like to get my pick before she contacts others who are waiting for puppies to become available. Also, when you did get the second pup did you go with the same breeder(if reputable) or did you look elsewhere? If you looked elsewhere for what reason(s)? My hubby will be deploying sometime in the summer so it'll just leave me with our 5 year old son and 2 dogs. Would this, be too much?
