A waist is such a morale booster don't you think?
I haven't seen mine for forever! Never had much of one even when I was thin.
I go on the prednisone when I have flares of the rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes it's weeks sometimes just one week. Off it now though.
I didn't gain anything - just maintained. So hopefully soon some more weight will jump off of me.
