Maybe that's is the culture & sensitivity? You can ask your vet. If a culture & sensitivity is done, you won't be spending more money on trying different antibiotics & more urinalysis tests...if she's been on clavamox since June, that's almost 3 months & whenever she's off it, she starts bleeding again. I have to question if the antibiotic is working @ all?

Culture or Grow the organism in a special medium in the laboratory. After an organism is cultured, it can be examined and tested for sensitivity to antibiotic drugs. Small doses of various antibiotics are placed on the culture medium to help determine which one will be most effective against the disease producing organism.
