I would leave it up to the boarding staff but they will probably do nothing. Maybe have them call him for you and tell him that you fell in love with his dog. I know how you feel. I needed duct tape to cover my mouth at the vets office this morning when a lady brought in a Lab that was fatter than fat. I know it was the fattest dog I've ever seen. Poor Baby!!
