I know that their pee is only like a few drops at a time at that age. sometimes too small to even see.

If you are feeding wet food, I wouldn't be too concerned about the water amount. She'll drink water if she needs it, but when eating wet food, they get a lot of water/fluids from that. They will drink less than when eating dry kibble.
