I know how you feel as a new puppy Momma...it's so worrisome at times! I think you're doing all the right things...offering water/food and giving Nutrical. If it were me, I might be giving Nutrical every 4-6hrs or so until she seems more 'normal'...like maybe for the 1st couple weeks. I did that w/ each of my pups, just during the transition time, as a preventive measure.
You could try sweetening her water too with a little Karo or syrup, that might entice her a little. If she doesn't show more of a water/food appetite pretty quickly here, then a trip to the vet would be a good idea. Inappetance in puppies can be very dangerous and is always a tell tale sign in puppies and dogs.
