Default UTI & dissolving Struvite stones advice please

Daisys been suffering from a UTI and struvite stones since the beginning of June. We took her to the vet and they put her on clavamox and a couple days later struvite stones started to come out. This continued throughout June and into the first week of July. Since Clavamox was removing them we didn't add anything else to help remove them since she has a super sensitive stomach (food intolerances/allergies) and has horrible flare ups of bloody diarrhea and vomiting. So by the middle/end of July I hadn't seen any more stones but every time I tried to lower the dose of clavamox the blood would return. So I decided to add crananimals cranberry powdered supplement within a week (beginning of August) the biggest stone yet came out. After a couple weeks I no longer was seeing stones, blood, and she was finally only getting up once at night to go potty. So once again I tried to lower the clavamox and the blood returned again. Ive kept her on the clavamox and cranberry supplement and haven't seen any more stones since the big one in August, but I still see blood in urine every time I try to lower the clavamox. I was thinking about adding Absorbic Acid and the vet recommended something that would also help acidify her urine but hes a little worried about her sensitive stomach on it. Does anyone have any advice or experience with dissolving these stones. She had a horrible bloody diarrhea and vomiting flare up two weeks ago and her belly is still recovering so I don't want to upset it even more by adding more stuff to dissolve this stupid stone. Right now shes on Tylan and Cerenia for her constant flare ups and clavamox and cranberry for the stone. Thanks!
