Sizing up is what several good breeders here do, and it works for most pups. However, crazy strong chewers like Max and Teddy still have to be supervised, even with the medium size CET.
Max managed to slobber and chew enough to turn the CET chew into something resembling a wet potato chip. He swallowed it whole it before I could get it away from him. Thankfully, nothing happened. Teddy has scissor teeth and is capable of nibbling pieces off.
