I am resharing on my FB when I can. Dont give up! Keep on the police and shelters...tell your freind to check all shelters she can find at LEAST every other day. We learned during an incident last year that you can NOT rely on shelters keeping up with this...must always check.
Also..this is a news story so contact local media...talk to them on their fb pages...that'll be even better
